How can I return or exchange an item?

Simply contact us at [email protected] to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (which must accompany all returns and exchanges)

Return Policy Details

    • NOTE: Items on sale and / or purchased during a promotion are not refundable or exchangeable – FINAL SALE.
    • Returns will not be processed without an ARM number. You can request an ARM number by emailing us at [email protected].
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, provided the item is returned within 10 days of purchase.
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product and responsible for shipping the item with the postal company of their choice before a refund is issued. (Note that no refunds are given on initial shipping charges. If they were not charged to customers on dispatch, we will need to charge $ 16 + tx for shipping charges.)
    • We require our customers to obtain tracking numbers from their shipper on returned goods. It is mandatory to require an authorized signature for the return shipment. Note that we are in no way responsible for lost, missing or stolen return packages, as well as any damaged product, incorrect mailing address or other errors related to delivery.
    • All returned products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and must not be used, unless returned due to a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to refuse a return request for an open and / or used item.
    • The ARM number should be placed / written on the outside of the box.
    • Please make sure the package is sent to the correct address for all returns:

    • To ensure prompt resolution of issues and avoid shortages or shipping issues, the item must be returned within 10 days of reception of the order.
    • Returns will be processed within 3 business days of the reception of your package at our warehouse.
    • We will send you an email notification when the refund has been made. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as the banking process for applying credits vary from institution to institution.
    • This policy does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from the use of our products.
    • Items that were not purchased directly from us cannot be returned using this process. Please contact the original retailer for instructions on returns.
