How do I return or exchange an item?
Simply contact us via email at email@example.com to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (which must accompany all returns and exchanges).
Please note: The cost to ship an exchange item is 15 CAD$. Items in sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return and Exchange Policy Details
- Items on sale and/or purchased at promotional prices are not refundable or exchangeable. – FINAL SALE.
- Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 10 days of purchase. Please note that no refunds are given on the initial shipping costs.
- All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used, unless being returned due to manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to decline a return request on opened and/or used.
- The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us prior to any refund being issued.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product return or exchange. The cost to ship an exchange item is 15 CAD$. Please follow this link to pay for your return.
- We recommend that customers obtain, from their shipper, tracking numbers on returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
- The RMA Number must be placed/written on the outside of the box
- Returns or exchanges will not be processed without an RMA Number. You may request a RMA Number via email at firstname.lastname@example.org

- To ensure timely resolution of issues, shortages or reception of the wrong item needs to be reported within 10 days of order receipt.
- Returns will be processed within 3 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
- We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.
- Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased directly from us cannot be returned through these processes. Please contact the original retailer of purchases for instructions on exchanges and returns.
